紅咖哩椰漿雞
2顆紅葱頭、香茅1枝、1 tbsp油、3-4 tsp紅咖哩、1
tbsp魚露
4片去骨去皮雞胸、1 tsp糖、4片kaffir萊苺葉、400ml椰漿
雞胸切成一口大小備用;紅葱頭、香茅切細備用
起油鍋,炒香紅葱頭,下紅咖哩炒香
加雞高湯、椰漿、香茅、糖煮開
下雞胸、4片kaffir萊苺葉、魚露再煮開即可熄火
取後以芫荽飾於其上
