義式填餡雞

tbsp橄欖、蒜1瓣(切碎)、1/2 tsp綜合香料、200g 起士
完熟蕃茄4顆(切片)、4片雞胸(切開不切斷)、橄欖油商量
烤箱預熱200℃ ,
橄欖、蒜、綜合香料、起士拌勻備用
將做法2填塞於雞胸後捲起來,放入烤盤
雞胸上灑以塩調味,疊上蕃茄片,淋上橄欖油
入烤箱烤約20分即可
