牙買加風味烤豬排
材料A:(豬排醃料)
豬小里肌一條、塩、蒜、百里香、咖啡粉適量
材料B:(沾醬)
米醋、糖、月桂葉、薑泥、蒜頭泥、辣椒、西瓜白肉部份、辣醬
做法:(A)
1.豬肉加入所有材料醃至少半小時備用
2.置於碳烤爐上烤熟後離火靜置約10分鐘(使肉汁回流於肉中)
3.切片盛盤,佐以酸甜醬
做法:(B)
材料B除辣醬外,所有食材同煮至濃稠即可
