天氣愈來愈冷, 應該很多家庭多少不得會煮個一, 兩頓麻油雞吃吧....
我也愛吃, 可是聽說熱量超高, 想吃又怕怕
今天就刻意把雞肉改成雞骨, 煮成高湯, 再下高麗菜, 我想這樣吃應該比較健康了吧!!!
今天的薑, 老實說, 真的還算不上是老薑呢, 把皮刮掉, 切成薄片後嚐了一片, 纖維好像不是後老的感覺!
還是很努力的炒乾它....
