小黃瓜檸檬飲


這類文章網路真是比比皆是,真假實在無從得知,就姑且把它當成是一款可以喝下肚的飲品吧!
食材如下:

I've been reading these kinda articles for so many and long time, they all claimed that HOW those ingredients can burn out human body fat , calories or even boost ur metabolism....
I'm not quite 100 percent sure if these r true, or they're talking nonsense, I'm not nutritionist after all.
But the ingredients the author provides in this article, I sense that, this IS drinkable beverage, and they're all natural, easy to get, so why not to give it a try?

1/2杯水
1茶匙蘆薈汁(蘆薈)(香菜或西洋香菜均可)
小黃瓜ㄧ個
1茶匙薑(拍碎)
檸檬(檸檬)ㄧ個
上述食材放入果汁機或攪拌機打成汁並於睡前飲用
