黃耆5片,
香葉2片,
枸杞適量,
紅棗,
料酒4匙,
紹興半瓶
做法:
鴨燙過,
炒香薑,
下鴨略炒,
下料酒,
塩略炒
下紹興及所有藥材,
放6碗水,
以砂鍋煮40分
