sausage 香腸


this typical sausage i bet only from my mom's region -- minority groups they're dot around the border of few countries, like Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam and China.
The spices they add might slightly different, but as for the meat, tenderloin is required.
