免烤箱起士蛋糕

材料:
1/4杯全麥餅乾, 1/4杯胡桃, 2大匙楓糖漿
1/2杯高厚脂鮮奶油
做法:
將派皮拌勻, 壓實至2個3吋烤模, 入冰箱冷藏
將奶油起士, 萊苺汁, 糖打勻, 拌入打發之鮮奶油
倒入烤模, 置冰箱冷藏一夜即可
