豆腐酪梨沙拉
材料:
豆腐300克 (切小塊), 1顆酪梨, 1小匙萊苺汁, 3/4小匙塩
1小匙芝麻, 2小匙芝麻油, 青葱1根, 一把芫荽
將豆腐置於漏杓中1小時, 以瀘掉多餘的水
酪梨去核, 切塊, 以萊苺汁略拌過, 防止酪梨變色
將瀘過水的豆腐, 塩, 芝麻, 芝麻油, 青葱均勻拌入酪梨中
於其上飾以芫荽即可
