蛋沙拉



蛋沙拉
可製作2-3份三明治
材料:
6個水煮蛋、70g美奶茲、1 1/2法國狄戎芥末
1 tbsp隨續子(又稱地中海酸豆)瀝乾並切碎
1 1/2隨續子醃漬汁、3/4 tsp辣椒粉、塩
3 tbsp葵瓜子、炒至脆口之培根適量(隨喜)

做法:
蛋剝殼切小塊




取一大碗,將蛋、美奶茲、芥末、隨續子、醃汁、辣椒粉、塩拌勻
最後可適個人喜好加或不加葵瓜子、培根




Egg Salad
Enough for 2 or 3 sandwiches
Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
70g mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp (drained) capers, chopped
1 1/2 tsp caper juice
3/4 tsp pepper, such as Isot (Urfa), black pepper or red pepper powder
sea salt
optional: 3 tbsp sunflower seeds

Method:
1. Peel the eggs and chop them into pieces.
2. Mix the eggs in a bowl with the mayonnaise, mustard, capers, caper juice, pepper, and a good sprinkle salt. If desired, add the sunflower seeds.
To serve, spread on toasted grainy bread, then garnish with additional salt, pepper, and some chopped chives. Or for a real treat, top with a few strips of crispy bacon.
