無烘烤布朗尼起士蛋糕

材料:(約四人份)
餅皮部份:
1杯全麥餅乾(壓碎)、3 tbsp無糖可可粉、2 tbsp砂糖
1/4杯融化奶油

餡料部份:
1杯高厚脂鮮奶油、2 tbsp糖粉、1/2 tsp香草精
226g室溫軟化奶油起士、1 1/2杯市售brownie mix powder【註1
2大匙牛奶、迷你巧克力碎片(裝飾用,可選擇不加)




將全麥餅乾屑、可可粉、糖、融化奶油拌勻



均分成四等份,並分別置入杯底壓緊,並壓至杯緣約1cm




取一大碗,放入鮮奶油、糖粉及香草精充分打發





做法:
餅皮:
取一小碗,加入所有製作餅皮的食材,分成四等份備用
將四份餅皮分別置入杯底壓緊,並壓至杯緣約1cm高,備用

餡料部份:
取一大碗,放入鮮奶油、糖粉及香草精充分打發,備用
另取一大碗,放入奶油起士、brownie mix及牛奶打至滑順,備用
將餡料2挖取並分別置於四只備用之餅皮杯中【註2
將餡料1置於其上,再飾以巧克力碎片,冰涼後即可食用

【註1brownie mix powder可於IKEA購得,為一種已調製好之布朗尼蛋粉
【註2】如果技術高超,則可試著將餡料一及二裝入擠花餏中,看起來會更專業哦






另取一大碗,放入奶油起士、brownie mix及牛奶打至滑順

















No-Bake Brownie Batter Cheesecakes
yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
for the crusts-
1 cup graham cracker crumbs,  3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar,  1/4 cup butter, melted

for the filling-
1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
226g Cream Cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups box brownie mix {the powder}
2 tbsp milk
mini chocolate chips for garnish {optional}

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for crusts together until moist. Divide evenly between 4 serving dishes and press into the bottoms and up the sides about half an inch. Set aside.
In a large bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, set aside.
In another large bowl, Place cream cheese, brownie mix and milk into same mixing bowl the cream was just in and whip until smooth. Gently fold in half the whipped cream. Spoon or pipe over top the crusts. Top with remaining whipped cream and garnish with mini chocolate chips if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
