蕃茄香菇味噌湯
材料:
1/2 tsp香油、蒜1瓣(切碎備用)、1杯魚高湯、1 tsp蕃茄糊
1顆蕃茄(切片備用)、香菇2個(切片備用)、1
tbsp味噌
葱(切碎備用)
做法:
味噌加水融化備用
起油鍋,將蒜放入炒香,加香菇、蕃茄、蕃茄糊略拌炒
加魚高湯煮開後,轉小火略煮幾分鐘
加入味噌拌勻即離火,灑上葱花即可
